P.S. If your game still doesn't working, please run the re-update script and wait an update for F4SE.
1. disable auto updates for fallout 4 ( you have to have done that before letting steam to update your fo4 to the newest version which includes CC, which means that if steam has already updated your fo4, good goodbye
2. just launch f4se_loader.exe. steam won't update fo4 because you are not triggering (playing) the launcher/fo4 executable from the steam client.
