reverting to the new verson doesnt have the issue, but rolling it back one version does. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell bethesda, i think there intentionally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ us here.
edit: the patch was somewhere on Gamecopyworld if anyone wants to try and figure this out.

would it work if i download a older patch and put that in afterwards?
