Animations are to fast
So whenever i say lock pick, or talk to a npc
it seems like the animation duration is to fast

as in npcs seem twitchy
lock pick breaks instantly (just boom, no delay to show it moving)
and conversations move on to next line of dialogue before the current line finishes.

is there some way to slow down this animaiton?

Turn on vsync in your GPU's Global settings.

This game is not meant to run at much more than 60fps. 70 to 80 is ok. Much above that lock picking is way too fast breaking bobby pins like there's no tomorrow. NPC dialogue skips forward and you miss part of the conversation. Plus, you run way too fast indoors.

Pump the fps up high enough and any non static game items will start flying across the map. Especially when you spawn in from fast traveling.
