White and black blurry vision while raining [FIX]
I haven't had this problem and it has been running fine. All of a sudden, I place a generator, walk past it and now my vision has been like this for 20 minutes. Still on-going. I cannot do anythin to reverse and I've tried console commands like rimod 00094636 but it is not working. Please someone help =(

Fix for anyone who has this problem:
This normally happens for AMD cards under R9. Could be a very big glitch. Safest solution is to build a bed and sleep in it for 3 - 6 hours until the rain ends.

Go to the Options menu then Advanced and uncheck the box for Wetness.

Thank you. I'm using an AMD Radeon R7 250 so I would expect an issue

OP, if you get back here to read this, the following will help with your performance.

Keep Shadow Distance on medium, Godrays off and Weapon Debris off.

If you have Any problems when transitioning between indoors and outside when going through load[screen] doors, go to the settings menu, then Gameplay and disable all of the autosave functions. Quicksave OFTEN and menu save before starting new quests. [Some players also have issues when sleeping, waiting and exiting the Pip-Boy. Disabling the autosave functions sometimes fixes the issues].

Do not try the Free HD Texture pack DLC.

If you decide to add mods to the game, DO NOT install any weather or lighting mods when having that GPU[and possibly the CPU you have]. In general be extremely careful adding mods to the game. Read Everything on the mods page before deciding to download it.
