Well, there is technically a point in having her overdose- you can't make Sanctuary a raider settlement if she's still alive. She also gives hints for the main quest up with every vision, not really necessary but interesting enough I guess. But yup, sounds like you're stuck with her. :P
If you moved the others then you either used a mod or console commands - the starting group is not assignable to another settlement otherwise.
I've been able to move all of them except Mama Murphy, just by reassigning them as you would any other settler.
