Nice vault flippy. Underground cafe looks like a relaxing hangout. With the hell that is above ground that vault would be a slice of heaven.

Since you refused to explain yourself, at this point we have to assume you are reffering to Creation Club content. Which means you are confused because all Creation Club does is provide a new way to gain access to mods made by the Creation Kit released last year.

Pretty cool as usual Leem. I have still yet to build a non-vault vault. Although by the time I get around to doign that I just might take the lazy mna's way and use Sim Settlement/build yourself combo for it.
