Better settlers?

I remember MxR once reviewing a mod that made settlers more independet. The biggest point of the mod was to make farming easier. I think the settler could tend to more crops, and that they would assign themselves to it somehow.

Does anyone remember anything like this? I searched a while on google and nexus but came up short.

The video is of course already slightly dated, despite that it was released April 2017. Mod has been progressing fast. Author is very active and updates his own YouTube channel often with Sim Settlement news and tutorials.

I heard of the mod. I finally watched the video and it does look REALLY cool.

I've looked around the Nexus Better Settler Mod page looking for instructions on how to find it's settings and change them. Does anyone know? Is there a Holotape to change settings? I've not yet installed the mod.

Mod has FOMOD installer. You pick options when the mod is installed.

I found better settlers plays and is complemented by this quite well (as well as sim settlements)
