Report a translation problem
You need to fully reinstall the game.
I fixed it; it was Fallout 4 script enhancer. In the appdata folder, the .ini files had the language set to de instead of en. Then i set them to read only.
(For future people looking to solve the problem).

check profiles and mods folder.
this is just from installing f4se rn and checking,i dont need to change anythign this time because before i installed the game, i put it in english language with steam properties.

I just changed every ini file with language to en... yours did the thing for me thanks!
Check also if the strings to recognize mods are present in the new Fallout4Custom.ini in documents, I'm talking about the strings:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
You should also check debris under NVFlex in new Fallout4prefs.ini
