fallout 4 legendary radroach

Am lazy so, do any of you know guaranteed places where legendary radroaches can be found? Easier accessible then better.
If I'm correct their lvl is locked at 10?

I've come across quite a few of them at Revere Beach Station.

There should be a truck between diamond city and hardware town. There are 3 radroaches there, 1 is legendary.

There should also be one in the police station near diamond city.

The Concord sewers has a chance to spawn one, just take the manhole entrance close to the museum.

theres a subway near the lake....its got a chance to spawn one in the back. place just has 3 or 4 bugs in it, unmarked on your map.

I don't think the level is locked at 10 though cuz I got submachine gun off it.

Ye so it is locked, as I remember submachine gun is a low tier weapon, I need those to farm pipe rifle and DB shotgun.

There's a building uphill from the Corvega plant with a bunch of them. Once you reach a certain level more will spawn.

yeah I picked up an exploding pipe rifle off a random legendary ghoul south of the co-op while hunting the behemoth.

was like OMG, and pulled back to the CO-op to make an amazing automatic weapon.

same damage as the spray and Pray, 48 round clip but MUCH cheaper ammo (1 cap per round as opposed to 3, and half the weight of the gun and half the weight of the ammo)

a Bolt action Double shot is all i really need now. I'm using a overseer's guardian for that role, but its SOO heavy.

Explosive or Cryo shooty would be best, the double shot is a bit unclear, sometimes it works like it only busts damage of one bullet and secand counts as 1dmg or if you have luck than the first one is modified and secand is onlt effected by perks.
Not mentioning that your recoil goes to ♥♥♥♥, your weapons start to act like shotguns, so unless you're going for one-shot-one-kill weapon it's not that good.
