Can't get past Semper Invicta
I have been doing a lot of quest for Scribe Haylen and that absolute ♥♥♥♥ Rhys, I've done about 20 of them but I can't get past the mission. I have done a lot of the main quest like Reunions and stuff. I'm also trying to keep the Minuteman, Railroad and the Brotherhood of Steel.

did you see the big blimb when you completed Reuions because if you did you spossed to get a quest called somthing steel if do it that should get you to get inside the big blimb (the prydwen i think thats how you spell it )

Those quests from the Scribes in the police station are repeatable quests... They don't actually lead to anything more, and are simply a way to garner some extra XP, etc...

Understand that Semper Invicta has just about as many side quests in it as Preston Garvey has "something else" to do.

Yeah, rhys and haylen give radient quests. Repeatable quests. You have to progress through the quests in diamond city abit (not giving any spoilers) until the giant brotherhood blimb (the prydwen) Shows up. Then, you can continue the brotherhood questline from there. Sorry to hear about you deleting your save btw. Just keep this in mind next time you want to join the brotherhood. Semper invicta quests are completely optional busywork.

I figured it out when I repeated the game. I should've met the Brotherhood of Steel early because I met them late on my last save and the prydwen didn't show up.

From an old thread:
If the prydwen hasnt shown up for you, go back through Fort Hagen, and then leave via the rooftop elevator that is down the bottom where THAT EVENT happens, then hack the terminal to open the door on the roof, and it should show up.

That might have also worked, rather than meeting them earlier (which likely didn't matter). I don't know if it was the problem in your case, but apparently a bunch of people didn't hack the terminal to open the door, and instead used tcl or other methods to get past that, but it's hacking the terminal that triggers the arrival of the Prydwen.

you should meet the brotherhood early regardless. those repeatable quests are good XP and loot.

getting on the prydwyn unlocks technical document drops and viable blood samples which are a few caps eventually if you let them build up, but never really significant IMO.

but I'd do the 2 quests and get 500-600 XP from them. +the XP from clearing the zones. +200 caps + the loot from the zones.

I mean I'm on survival mode, went and did my second quest for Rhys I'm like level 27 ish? because survival mode doubles XP. He sent me to psioden reservoir. picked up 2 legendary miniguns. garbage rolls on one (junkie) and the other is plasma infused. probably going to sell both.

that place is good XP for loot drops.
