Anyone use the war never changes mod

the reason im asking is im playing on survival and using it i got the second perk to vans and it wont let me fast travel to settlements even though thats what that perk does, i know this forum aint for this type of thing but i dont know how to get ahold of the mod creator

Are you playing on Survival? Because fast travel is disabled *completely* in Survival. Which is what Survival mode tells you when you select it.

And what do you mean you don't know how to get ahold of the mod creator? You post a comment on the mod page like everyone else.

At the top of that, V.A.N.S. does not actually have any fast travel features. It is a pathfinding perk, trying to display the path in to closest quest objective in V.A.T.S. It does not move you there, or settlements.

Second rank of the perk gives you +2 Perception stat (not to actual Perception level.)

im talking about the WNC mod, and your right i can post on the mod page but ive contacted bethesda on why i cant post cause it gives me an error message and i was never able to fix it. so im kinda hoping people who have played the mod see this on these forums and just to clarify im not playing vanilla fallout 4

Ah. I have not used that mod, so I didn't understand that it changes that perk in this way.

its all good i just fixed the issue by adding another mod that allows travel to settlements. it would just be nice if the mod woked correctly, right? lol

It does work correctly. But you're playing on Survival difficulty - which disables fast travel.

i assume you have read the the posts posted in here but the to clarify what this mod does to the perk on this mod which says "vans perk 2 - you can fast travel to any settlement or any major location on survival" and it lets me travel to like 1 or 2 settlements but the rest wont let me and guys for the second time i know fast travel is disabled on vanilla but this is a mod we are discussing

Why would you play on survival and then cheat it with a mod? Just play a lower difficulty if you are that invested in fast traveling to settlements.

I graduated from Harvard, at least according to this diploma I downloaded from the internet.
