There is a Bioshock mod that looks awesome.

Get the Madness Damage Overhaul mod if you want damage like in STALKER. It increases damage dealt and taken for everyone based on difficulty. Normal is 2x for the player and NPCS, Very Hard and Survival are 3x for everyone.

I also run the XP bonuses for difficulties mod.
