I figured out how to use it for Fallout 3 and New Vegas easily with no youtube videos and that isnt bragging, its childs play.
The best way to go is choose an interior location you like then duplicate. Then go from there.
Duplicating any interior location is two simple clicks like copy paste. :) Easy stuff. :) To delete click on item in the area and press the delete button. :) To add items, like statues, walls or trees or even NPC's, drag and drop from list to location. There its all explained. :)

This video and every mod i seen is TAME. Choose ANY interior you like and click and duplicate, then customize.
