How to Make Underground Room

Hello. I am new to F4. I am trying to make an underground room underneath my base. My base has a concrete foundation with a metal floor snapped on top. What are the methods to making an underground base? I could use your help, please. Thank you.

Not really possible. Vanilla system does not allow you to build under ground. You would need to create an isolated cell, which would require some modding work.

The closest thing maybe would be Vault 88 where you get to build your own vault underground?

So there are limitations. I am in the middle of constructing a base in starlight drive. Thanks for the advice guys!

Coastal Cottage is probably your only choice since it's the only settlement to have a hole with which to make your underground room.

Vault 88, but I think you could make it look like your going underground, but sancuary is a bad spot because its on a hill.

The construction kit is very easy to use. Try it. Its drag and drop from list to editor window. Watch a youtube video. PC players can make ANYTHING they want.

I figured out how to use it for Fallout 3 and New Vegas easily with no youtube videos and that isnt bragging, its childs play.

The best way to go is choose an interior location you like then duplicate. Then go from there.

Duplicating any interior location is two simple clicks like copy paste. :) Easy stuff. :) To delete click on item in the area and press the delete button. :) To add items, like statues, walls or trees or even NPC's, drag and drop from list to location. There its all explained. :)

This video and every mod i seen is TAME. Choose ANY interior you like and click and duplicate, then customize.
