Charge cards
I bought a charge card off the guy in the alley but i aint tested it yet. Thought it was a scam but 100 caps is nothing and i might get a quest out of it so i did it.

Do they work? I was just thinkin if caps weigh in survival i could just mark his location and turn em all into cards for less weight :)

You can actually turn them in to one of the merchants in Far Harbor, the one with the glasses. I happened to have one on me when I talked to him, even though I didn't pay for it. >_>

PS: I would like to offer an apology and my sincere condolences to the family of the man I murdered because I thought he was trying to scam me.

Just as an FYI, he calls you an idiot if you buy one as well. He calls everyone an idiot no matter what they do.

He tends to die... alot.

Just buy it to hear some extra dialog from certain npc's if anything.

There is another use for the card or cards actually, but I wont spoil it for ya.

Oddly enough I dont see it on the wiki.

Yeah like i said i thought was scam but did it anyway for maybe a revenge quest when you find out. But its not really been mentioned sinse so i didnt know if it had worked or not. Im on like 40k caps so 100 is no probs :)

And you can still get that 100 back by turning it in at Far Harbor.
