Concrete Walls

I just got back to this format, I was using my Xbox One for the past several months, I had the season pass, all the DLC downloaded, I was using a concrete wall with barb wire, I dont see it on this version, also mssing was a elevated walkway kind of bridge under steel construction, it was what I was using to build my settlements with, I dont have that option on this version, was it a cheat maybe??? Thought it was from a DLC , I have all the season pass on this one too..

never seen barb wire of any form in PC version with all DLC, exept on the wooden guardposts and some raider items. also never seen bridges, specialy not under metal housing, only thing like that is the construction side walkways.

They look exactly like the ones in the sttelments that already have them except I want to be able to make them OR lay them out myself, an the metal cat walks were pretty kool too, I still cant find them in the mods section, and I have all my DLC downloaded..

I'm pretty sure they're from a mod you had loaded - if not then its one of the unlocks that you get when you find certain magazines.

I believe the walls are from the Homemaker mod.

The "elevated walkway kind of bridge under steel construction" is SCAFFOLDING and is in the Structures menu.
