How old is Piper? [Possible spoilers]

In Kellog's cybernetic brain implant it shows 10ish year old Shaun. So that's like roughly 2237. The radio mentions Piper getting in trouble. She's gotta be at least like seventy years old unless Bethesda just forgot. Also how old is Travis? Has he just been a teenager for fifty years?

Are the two of them and Kellog newer synths? Do gen 3 synths even age (or possibly a newer version without the synth brain chip)?

DO PEOPLE EVEN AGE IN FALLOUT? Other than Shaun, I kinda spoiled that myself looking into the timeline. I knew "Nora" couldn't have just woken up from cryo right away, and predicted he'd be older anyways. Kellog has looked the same for sixty years... Maybe it's the rads

The Shuan you see is the child synth, and Kellog has pretty much stopped aging becuase of all his implants, you can read about him at the Institute.
