*** It's best not to advance a Quest too far... I have read that it can create problems with the game.
Press the Tilde key ~ to get to the command console then type the following and press enter.
GetStage 000229e7
This will give you the current stage. It will probably give you either 75 or 110 if I understand where you are in the Quest.
Check the Stages on the second link so you know what number to use. If the GetStage command give you 75 then advance it to 110 like this:
SetStage 000229e7 110
If SetStage returns 110 then advance it to 300 like this:
SetStage 000229e7 300
I hope this helps. If it doesn't you may have to go back to an older save and start over.
