Nisha gone from Fizztop Mt.

After doing Power Play for Disciples and Pack and returning to Nuka-World, Nisha had disappered, shes not at Fizztop or the Power Plant. Tried spawing her in using console commands, but all she says is "Not bad boss, not bad". Tried using resurrect, resetai, recycleractor, and even moving her to me using the ref ID. Nothing is working.

However, Mason managed to return, and had no issues unlike Nisha. Is this because I forgot to talk to her after Power Play to get the Knife?
