But I'm doing an evil playthrough :( and that would mean I have to accept the consequences of my actions. There has to be a console command

I've always been big on accepting the consequences of my actions - it's called RESPONSIBILITY.

However, if you insist on possibly borking your game, feel free to google and/or check the Fallout wiki. There's a list of console commands there.

If you are doing an evil play-through (I'm doing one right now, as well), you will have to expect MANY people to become hostile to you. What's the problem ?
