Also: Fallout 4's Survival mode far excedes NV's 'hardcore' mode.
Edit: And is a better game in general.
BTW, talking about NV's hardcore, there was a "primary needs meter" in character info that shows how much time you have before negative effects start, in fallout 4 survival mode there is no such thing...so only way to know when you going to be effect by negative perk is atm when you got it...can't see any "exceeds" in that.
It wasn't a 'mistake', they made it intentionally to see if people could actually play Survival without Ragequitting due to how hard it is.
I don't think there was. Stuff just kind of showed up which was so easily fixed it was a waste of time.
Strong Back rank 4 or 5 negates overencumberence damage.
And for some strange reason Adamantium Skeleton does nothing of this sort and you can still become crippled (which is rather oxymoronic to me).

I don't. I have strong back and Adamantium Skeleton as well as 3 seperate HP regen perks. I take 0 damage at all times unless i'm fighting enemies.
