can't complete a mission because I can't hack a terminal ? (help needed)

I'm in a quest named Call to Arms, and there's a terminal to hack but it's 'Expert', so I cannot access the gate. Any help please ?
I don't want to call Nick (which means travelling to Diamond City) and leaving my current companion behind.

You can join all Faction+Minutmen up to a Point of no return.
From that Point on you are Enemy of the other Faction ,Miuntment are allways/mostly your Friend because they are the Fallback ^^

Brotherhood = Enemie with Railroad and Institute
Railroad = Enemie with BoS and Institute
Institute = Enemie with railroad and Bos
Minutemen = Enemie with Institute (after you killed a important npc inside the institute) and Brotherhood after you killed a important npc

well you can throw relay grenades, but they are useless, cause they are just spawning/teleport gen 1 and gen 2 synths, im with the MM and Bos
