Power Armor - how much damage to player vs the armor

So I've found the damage reduction formulas on the wiki, but one thing eludes me: when getting hit while wearing power armor, how much damage does the armor take, and how much does the player take?

For example I'm wearing power armor and get shot in the chest. The attack deals 200 damage, I have 200 DR, and the armor has 200 HP. The DR means I expect to take 100 damage... but does all that damage go to the player? And how much HP does the armor lose?
