Fallout 4 Fast Reload Bug. Any fixes? (Modded)
I've been having a recurring problem for some time now with my character reloading the guns nearly instantly. Some may see this as an advantage but I have some modded weapons with quite pretty animations that I'd like to see. Are there any fixes or anyway I can troubleshoot this?

Monitor: BenQ XL2411 144hz monitor

Frame rate too high.

60 fps is optimum.

Is that why the animations are playing way to fast? It doesn't seem resonable that is the reason but I'll try to put V-sync on

Are you sure thats the problem because whenever I load a save the animation speed is normal but whenever I switch to a different weapon it causes the bug to happen again

Yes, everything with the current engine of bethesda's games is tied into the framerate. If you take some time to google search it, you can see pretty quickly that 60 is the highest you should ever go in these games.

Alright thanks for the help! I saw on reddit you should generally limit your FPS to half of your monitors refresh rate. So is 72 still to high or should I turn it down even more to 60 in RTTS

Even after setting the fps to 60 in the Nvidia inspector program my reload is still way to fast and I don't have the perk in game.

Problem is still persisting after limiting fps to 60 and the animations still play way to fast with sgtm at .3
