Good blood and gore mods?

I dont have it yet, but do you guys know of any good mods that get rid of gore (heads exploding when you shoot them) or blood (when the aforementioned head explodes)? I do use nexus mods.

well there is a perk called bloody mess. so don't get that perk. and i don't think there is a gore removal, but give it some time and someone might make one.
