If I were to explain everything in full detail to you, it'd be a very long and eye-hurting wall of text, so I'll just provide you with some videos which go into extensive detail on how to improve your Fallout 4 performance.
How to uncap your FPS, however I would recommend raising the cap from 60 to ~150.

Here's the Fallout 4 config tool, it allows you to control the graphical settings of the game.
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/102/?
It provides you with alot more control over your graphical setting than the default options will.
2. thanks for the videos, i will watch them soon
3. i installed the mods after about 3 hours into the game, the game was running great for the next 7 hours, then lost its performance
vivid landscapes, trees, rocks, roads
insignifigant object remover
Did you turn off you machine or sleep mode
I put mine in sleep mode and left it never do that again
Thank you for the video :)
Hey there! I finally found the time to try what is mentioned in the videos and it helped!
