It all depends of the user's taste. There are various body models (read it as "proportions" such as breast/buttock size, nipple position, dimensions, ...), various textures for these models and so on. I suggest to start on Nexus that has a specific category for that: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/categories/17/?BH=0
For females, there are various mods for that, however CBBE is well known of it because it is not only a body style, but also comes with tools to adjust the model yourself or use other's body model (usually named as "body preset"): https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15
Please read the description before installing the mod!. Or feel free to explore other body mods. Many of these comes with a detailed instruction you can use to install these mods.
Then for male, there are not much variety, but BodyTalk is a known - and a more complete - one, albeit a kinda complex to install/use: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34208
If you want, you can go with a simple mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21328 of which I have been using before BodyTalk got released.
Again - it is very important - please read the description before installing the mod!.
those from LL are not allowed. Nexus itself has an age filter for each link. You need to be registered and ect to see these content. The problem at LL is the content that you see without logging-in. That what Nexus offers is an acceptable means of filtering IMHO. However, I admit that it is a gray area here and I could be wrong with what is allowed and what not. If a moderator feels that I have crossed a line, he's free to send me a message and I will adjust the message accordingly.
