I need to get back to a vanilla Sanctuary someday. I can't remember there being a terminal in that house. I'm not sure it's a good idea to remove that terminal, but without using a mod to do it you can do the following.
Go up to the terminal, open the console, click on the terminal and type markfordelete then hit Enter and close the console. I suggest making a new save before doing that.
If you can get the desk to scrap, this might be a better way to get rid of the terminal.
Yea im using scrap everything.
Guess i have to use the disable console command then ._.
Damn idk why mine is selectable then.
And its good to know that it wont affect a quest or something :)
Before you use the console, while in build mode try moving your cursor very slowly around the table under it to get the table to highlight for scrapping or moving the table. Sometimes when you think you're focused on say the table, you are actually focused on the terminal or something else that is on the table/desk.
Edit; Also, move slowly towards the table and away from it a bit to get it to highlight for scrapping or moving.
1.) Make a save file.
2.) Stand in front of the thing you want to get rid off.
3.) Open the console ('- or ~-key, which ever works).
4.) Click with the mouse on the screen where the item is. You should see a hex number appearing in the middle of the screen.
5.) Enter "disable" into the console. The item will disappear from the screen.
6.) Enter "markfordelete" into the console. The item will get deleted.
If you make any mistakes in between the steps then don't try to fix it, but go back to your save file.
What can go wrong is that there is something invisible or barely visible in front of what you're trying to delete. Like fog, smoke or a light beam. So clicking on it may not directly be possible.
In such cases can one disable the invisible item and enable it again (by entering "enable"). However the item will remain disabled and unselectable until you leave the console. This allows one to get rid off items behind fog by disabling the fog, enabling the fog again, click on the item again (which should give you a different hex number) and entering "disable" again.
Sometimes, i.e. spawns of molerats or insects, can prompt you with a message saying the "disable"-command was ignored, because of a parent object. You can then try to disable the parent object by entering the parent's hex number: "<hexnumber>.disable" and "<hexnumber>.markfordelete".
Also note that some items cannot be delete at all.
I don't think I need to warn you about the consequences of messing around with the console. But you don't have to be scared about it either. Just keep doing regular save files and be prepared to go back to these when something went wrong.
I have every mod you said :p
Still doesnt work xD
Have it as well lol
