how does this run on a 1060 3gb gpu?
on meduim or high, could i expect it to run fine ?

If you're not looking for 2K or 4K graphics, then expect it to run on ultra with 1920x1080@60Hz. That's assuming you have a somewhat capable CPU, at least 8GB or better 16GB and an SSD.

I do indeed have an SSD, only 120 though. my cpu is a amd 8350 and i'll be running the game in 1080p.

The HD Texture Package is 58GB(!) and filled with super high definition textures, light maps, diffuse maps, displacement maps, etc.. This is for 2K and 4K displays interesting who also happen to have fast GPUs and fast CPUs. Basically what's currently high-end and what will be tomorrows gaming standard. You can give it a try, but you'll probably notice the performance hit more than the gain from the higher resolution.

it will run on that as long as you don't get the Bethesda Texture Pack, 3GB VRAM is not enough for it even at 1080p

you should have got the 6GB version of the GTX 1060

Runs pretty good, hiigh - ultra at about 70!fps
