That fine mod works even finer. The problem is on your side, like it's been on mine so many times...
Read everything on the mod page. Everything.
Do you install mods with NMM or manually?

I installed this one manually
Go NMM.

You installed it manually - simply remove the files you put in.

Then you're going to have to revert back to a save you made just prior to installing that mod. You did save the game before installing the mod, right? And you haven't overwritten that save, right?

Because if the answer to those questions is 'no' then you're going to have to start your playthrough over.

Never install mods with the expectation that you can remove them. That means being ready to trash a playthrough if necessary.

I already did that, deleted all the files, went back to a previous save before installing the mod, and my gun still lowers? 0.o
Oups, 'sounds like I misread that post...

When you FIRST installed the gun lowering mod, did you OVERWRITE any files? If you did, you MUST restore those files to the original otherwise you're gonna be left with a half a$$ed uninstalled mod. That's the problem with MANUAL installation of mods. Unless you manually keep track of what you overwrite AND back those files up, you're gonna create a "dirty" game and that will ALWAYS come back to bite you on the a$$. A mod manager like NMM keeps track of the overwrites for you and will restore them for you.

Fallout 4 by default does NOT include game-related texture and mesh folders, nor a script folder, as those are loaded by a bethesda archive unless you have mods, and sounds are loaded loose.

Go to:
Fallout4\data\meshes\actors\character\_1stperson\animations
Delete everything in there

Go to:
Fallout4\data\meshes\actors\powerarmor\_1stperson\animations
Delete everything in there

Then unequip your weapon, equip a melee weapon, unequip that and equip a gun

Yes, I already know this but if the OP has installed animations form another mod, overwritten some of them, and now wants to uninstall, he's kinda screwed if he didn't keep track of what he overwrote. He's gonna have to back everything out in reverse order and then reinstall whatever he backed out up to the point before he installed the gun lowering mod.

That's why I mentioned creating a "dirty" game. Manual installation of mods should be learned by everyone but it comes with a price. Hopefully, the OP didn't overwrite anything but I mentioned it just in case since it would explain why his animation is still wrong.
