Any mod that allows me to build anywhere?

So i have been playing fallout 4 for quite some long and one thing that bugs me is that your settlements may look fancy and sheet but out there - its still a wasteland with dead trees, destroyed roads and such.

Funny how with the homemaker and many other mods you can make your settlements look like paradise with beautiful trees and homes everywhere but not so in the wasteland.

So is there any mod that allows me to build trees outside of settlements? :P Wanna decorate teh commonwealth a bit :)

There was a mod i saw that let you build camps anywhere. And you could upgrade them into full settlements. I forget name though sorry. But check nexus. If i find it again ill let you know. But in process of opening own business so will be busy for while :-(

Thier is a settlement based mod that allows you to build more settlements across the map but becareful with this, ya don't want to build them too close to a enemy zone

i think this mod is called conquest or some such. I used this mod too. REally useful on survival mode as a means of getting a save when you are inside away from mattresses. And it does allow you to build settlements anywhere as long as it isn't too close to another one. But it limits you to like 10 new sites. Still a good mod.
