I'm just going to put it here, because I know somebody will. It's the latest hype in building settlements, or so I've heard.
If it makes for good settlements is a different question. There is no official competition, no jury and no judges, and if you have no ideas then this mod will give you results fast. The Slog has plenty of space.
Otherwise, if you think you're a creative person then you probably wouldn't be asking here or at least would have used Google and YouTube to search for examples and to get inspirations from.
This is what The Slog currently looks like in my game:

A wire fence around the settlement, a guard building towards the street, an extra housing area on top, scavenging stations along the pool and a water purifier inside the pool.

I don't know if MeglaDon will be inspired but I am impressed! It looks like it can all be done without mods too.
I'm guessing ya used the drop and scrap trick then, I use Scrap Everything mod to raise the build limit while removing more junk then vanilla allows.
Yes the store items in workshop or scrap items method. I checked your screens did not see any of your slog. Curious to see it I known it is vassal.
its nothing special, just a bunch of food and water, and bunch of sleeping bag beds in the original building
Keeps the raiders bases happy and takes care of the settlers at the vassals needs

Ok simple and effective. I am thinking my next vassal is going to look like a prison. My current vassal is almost a resort with shops, bar, gym and individual rooms. Just doesnt seem right lol.
