bobbleheads and magazines

So are the bobblehead perks and magazine bonuses stil active if im not carrying them in my inventory; by placing them on the bobblehead stand and magazine rack do i still retain the bonuses?

Also i seen a guy say he was placing his nuka cola quantum bottles on a shelf or maybe even in the nuka cola stand, how do you do that??

yes, sell them is ok too, they are set. look in data k tab perks. in pipboy.

You can move items around when you hover the cursor over them and press and hold the E-key. When holding an item like this can you also throw it with the R-key.

Verified. But when I tried to put them there and left and returned they were all over the place, so I keep the bobbleheads on me and sell the mags.

and rotate it by dragging, and through each axis x y and z by dragging and tap Shift to change axis.

if you build the bobble head stand, and a magazine rack, you can store the magazines and bobbleheads as a display item and they will not fall down or get moved around.
