How do I trigger the quest to recruit Warwick Homestead?

I'm not getting it from Roger Warwick and I'm starting to think perhaps my game is glitched.

It might be progress based. I was in the same situation, played a bit more, came back and he gave me a quest to kill super mutants. A guaranteed way to get warwick is to get the quest Building a better crop from the BioScience guy.

If you still are a member of the Institute, that could be the reason, when i started to be a enemy of them i just needed to wait a few minutes to the quest Greenskins: Warwick Homestead appear to me. (sry for my bad english!).
