Harder enemies?
Is there a way to make the enemies harder to kill and they do more damage?

This, either bump up your difficulty, or get a mod that rebalances weapon damage/enemy difficulty. Such as: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9103/?

use that mod its made my game realy fun you take more damage and the higher lvl you go the more you take, you really have to be carefull when lvlin now :) also i use simple damage location on top of that

Use crap weapons and crap armor.

Download a bunch of weapon mods check if they add weapons to the level list. The modern weapons mod is huge and the weapons they add to the level list do a lot of damage. I have so many weapon mods installed that I dont think a single raider has the same weapon ( a little exagerated but it feels close).

Then also download Deadly ___ of the commonwealth. I think there is Deadly ghouls , Deadly suprt mutants and deadly raiders.

If you want to get even more extreme download a mod called Endless warfare on top of what I suggested above.

HUD off is silly. At that point the game is less realistic, not more. Compasses/GPS devices really exist, there's no reason to act like they don't.

And then health is even sillier. In real life you might not know exactly how many "HP" you have, but without the HUD you have no idea at all how injured your character is. That's not a feasible or realistic way to play a game. In real life I can feel the difference between stubbing my toe and getting shot in the head, but you can't "feel" what your character feels, thus you need something equivalnt ingame to make up for that.

Don't wear any armor and only use a pipe pistol.

someday you will get old and have the reflexes, eyesight, and coordination of a sloth like i have and that will help alot to raise difficulty levels.

Back down or don't use your perk points?

yes .. this must be my problem . easy is very hard for me ..

i don t use mods or cheats also ..

I don't think poor reflexes make the game hard one easy. Maybe if there wasn't VATS, but there is. I'm not great at FPS's but I get by just fine on Survival in Fallout. I play all RPG's on the hardest difficulty level available, yet I'd never claim to be good at something like COD, Counter Strike, Battlefield, etc. Those are far more reflex-oriented.

and what i mean by HUD off is change the settings so that you have no information, NSEW, compass, etc.....

I know what HUD off is. I'm just saying it's only adding artificial difficulty. It's the opposite of increasing immersion.
