Is it possible to have all companions?
Like Danse, X6-88 and Deacon, etc. They are sworn enemies. Is there a way to have them all friendlies without commands?

From reddit user Justmoveforward:

At the Molecular Level, choose to build the teleporter with the Railroad. This will give you Underground Undercover, allowing you to remain neutral with both the RR and the institute until very late game

Complete Underground Undercover up until it asks you to "Continue working for Father". Complete the institute's quests until you receive Mass Fusion--Stop progressing with Mass Fusion (either before or after speaking to Allie). This will give you access to both Deacon, and X6-88, allowing you to get both perks at max affinity

Carry on with the Brotherhood of Steel's quest line until Blind Betrayal. Here's the part that is often vague--Completing Blind Betrayal is necessary to reach maximum affinity with Danse, though doing so will automatically start Tactical Thinking which, if continued, will make the Rail Road hostile. The trick here is do not speak to Kells once you get this quest. At this point, only PAM will be locked down, though if you completed the Railroad's quests before hand, this will not significantly impact your playthrough.

Basically, you can get all of the perks, but at least one of the companions you mention will be unavailable after the last mission. Until then it is possible, though.

Yes but not after you complete certain faction quest. You have tobe sudo friends with all factions to get all companions.

Yes, in a way. There are points at game that turn some factions permanently hostile against you, thus turning alligned companions against you. But if you've gained their companion perks, you get to keep it.

Everyone but one; it'll come down to a choice between Danse and X6-88, basically. That's at the endgame point though, you can have them all right up to the middle of the mass fusion quests.

I have a character who finished the main quest for the Institute with both Danse and X6-88, but not Deacon.

In my experience, you can manage to keep Danse, but the Institute questline forces hostility with the Railroad (and Deacon), while the other faction questlines force hostility with the Institute (and X6-88).
