Build A Recruitment Radio Beacon at Outpost Zimonja

Please help! I'm trying to figure out the console command for completing this specific stage as the settlement's workbench itself has been compromised and I can no longer check in there. I can't figure out how to complete this objective through the console:

"Build a recruitment radio beacon at Outpost Zimonja".

what you mean compromized? can't you just use the keyboard key ya assigned to activating the workshop? for me its the Space Bar

No I'm using an Elite controller to play. I accidentally disabled the primary red workbench at Outpost Zimonja so now it won't let me complete the quest for placing the recruitment radio beacon. I need to know how to complete that objective through the console.

look it up on google i used to have link to list of quests. but if look them up will find one site that on top right area shows the info for it AND the stage id. And down below has the id for each stage of it.
