How do i install a "Face Preset"?

I have the usual require ments for the preset "DUM Dave's Ugly Mug" its a really nice preset, *Link Here:

And i have the require ments but i dont know how to install it, I tried NMM but that doesnt seem to do... Anything at all TBH so I'm sorta stuck, if anyone knows any iformation please let me know :)

i'm willing to bet there are instructions on the racemenu page ,
but hey why read , even though he still has to read the response's here .
when installing the mod why is it that people cant read the instruction on how to use the mod they are downloading ?
they just come here and still have to read how to do it , and they are probably going to get bad instructions to boot .

Well..they're not wrong.
Took me 10 seconds flat to google an answer available on reddit with various fixes.
