Bilago configuration tool

can anyone tell me how to access this after launching it the first time? I manually installed it, launched it and after closing it, I cannot for the life of me find it anymore. it has set my .ini to read only, and the only way I figured that would change it back, through the properties of the fallout4.exe is not working.

until someone that is familiar with this can tell me how to access it again, I csnt continue my troubleshooting to play this damn game.

It's called "Fallout4ConfigTool.exe" and mine ended up in the main Fallout directory.

Run Fallout4ConfigTool.exe and choose the BILAGO launcher as your default. Now when you launch, you'll get to Bilago's settings tabs right from the launcher window.

Thank you guys very much. What happened was i had set it to launch default with steam the first time, which made the .exe go hidden or whatever. i launched it from in steam and managed to change what i needed to, took it off default which made the .exe show up in the data files again.
