1. It's not a good idea to mod Fallout 4 until you have at least reached Diamond City. It helps to make sure your pc can run the game well before you start adding mods where some of which could cause fps drops, conflict with other mods and cause the game to CTD.
2. When asking for help, especially when it's a CTD or fps issue, please post your full system specs to make it easier for someone to help you
Go to Help at the top of your Steam window, then System Information then copy and paste that info here.
3. Without your specs all I can guess is that you have either mods conflicting with each other or possibly you downloaded a mod that had bad edits/was no good to begin with.
Please post your mod load order in NMM. If you are using Beth mods and not nexus mods post that info also.

It is also a good idea to use LOOT to sort out any potential load order issues you might have, that goes a long way in preventing crashes.
If you are still getting crashes after that, you might want to take a look at the esp's in xEdit and check for any conflicts.
^This. Or at least download the missing master files you need and see if the game still crashes on you.
Edit; IMO you have way too many mods there when you only have 30 hours into the game. You couldn't possibly have tested the mods as you downloaded each one before downloading more. In the future, it is best to only download one mod at a time, go ingame and make sure it works as intended before downloading another one. That way if you do get a conflict you'll know it was caused by the last mod you installed.
Also, Read the entire description of the mod you want. Find out if it requires other mods to be installed for it to work. Read the comments and bug sections to see how the mod works for other players. Then make an informative decision whether to download it or not.
Oh, and your rig will have no trouble running the game. :)
