i place them in the folder myself, which used to work and they show up in the load order, i found that using NMM and bethesda net mods together caused problems in the past
From my understanding about this mod you need f4se and hudframework mod for it too work, Plus your right NMM and Bethesda net mods dont work together, it will either load one or the other list of mods.
http://f4se.silverlock.org/
or avoid FASE based mods for that reason
Also, just packing in a whole lot of mods without using Wrye Bash (for amateurs) or f4edit (for pros), you will end up in trouble. Thinking each mod will work without forcing them to work together is naïve.
The merged patch option (then drag and drop) in f4se is pure platinum, but you need to know what you're doing.
ED: Also, you should stick to nexus unless you're an xbox user. In which case, I suppose bethnet is preferable.
I only posted the F4SE link because you asked for it. I never said it would make your mod work. In fact, none of the 54 mods I use require F4SE. Many, Many mods don't.
Now, after some much needed sleep and re-reading your thread I realize you have never had nexus mods working. That leads me to believe that you are not aware you Must add 3 lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini inorder for nexus mods to work.
Go to your Documents folder, then My Games/Fallout 4/Fallout4Custom.ini and add the following 3 lines under iLocation Y=0;
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Make sure you place the Capital letters where they go and now nexus mods will work.
