I noticed that.... anyone have a theory why :D just wondering a little
I know there's no real answer, I just want to hear weird theories

Intelligence cannot radiate and escape through its thick insulating material. You must be careful to not boost it too much or you can become too intelligent (red star is a warning sign - if it starts to glow in broad daylight, you're crossing the line).

And squatting boosts Stealth. Additional blending with the environment is provided by Hazmat tracksuit and tactical dwulya.

Einstein wore one of these hats every day of his life, people thought he had some sort of egghead-fro but that wirey, white mass was in fact the badly tattered lining of a Ushanka. In reality Einstein was a skinhead.

Looks good when you're wearing Leather armor with it. Prehaps if you have a Sharp Legendary set of leather armor plus the hat you'd be the smartest person in all the commonwealth....and still wonder what Power Armor is.

I haven't noticed her being any smarter, but she is a smartass already.

I put Cait in one of the Synth helmets and she looks like she's from the 1960's.
