can't sprint

So I've reloaded many saves and can't sprint for some reason,I've tried Alt+Tabbing to fix it and tried rebinding my keys and for some reason the game won't let me sprint,anyone know how to fix this without creating a new save? (P.S. I'm about 17 hours into a Survival Difficulty save)

I had this problem and it turned out if I accidently press my caps lock key it stops me sprinting, might not be the same for you but worth a try :)

I toggled caps lock several times and do this often too was what I thought I did aswell lol

i had this issue aswell untill i noticed i was carrying way to many burdens

I have no current burdens other then caffiene

If you have a controller try sprinting by clicking in the stick. That will tell you if it's a bug with the game feature or with your keyboard controls

restart pc. then check caps lock on off.
