No, it just gives you +2 intelligence (+6,66% experience) while worn.

nope the stats they apply are only temporary they do not grant you perks which decides what you can get into or not

I was just wondering if I could don disguises to help me sneak into places where I just want a particular item, and when my ammo is low (almost always out of the ammo I need, 10mm and 5mm). ...like in the game Hitman.

I WISH that this was a feature in-game because it makes sense for a stealth character. Sadly, there are no circumstances that I know of where you can disguise yourself and get away with it.

I already do these things, just wondered if the disguise might add an interesting dimension with the sneak perk maxed out. (not like I'm going to be able to max any perk, most master levels are un-reachable for me at this time. I can't even make better weapons yet or armor, or ammo. I did make a Stimpak though.
