they will look like this to remove a dud (-[}>) with this combo it will remove one or reset your tries.
In addition, the higher your Intelligence, the lower the number of words you'll see in the first place, and if you get a particularly difficult selection, you can always exit the terminal before using all your retries and start over with a new selection if you don't want to wait for it to reset.
As for the more difficult terminals, if you have the perks to attempt them, you'll see that they simply use longer words, which isn't as hard as it might sound, since it can often reduce the chance for any one word to happen to have the same number of correct letters as the one you guess.
I fail more novice terminals than anything else, probably for that reason.
I totally appreciate it!!
repeat until hack
Nowadays even basic game mechanics are too hard for the common user. Jesus.
It's not hard it's annoying, you have to think people are replaying this game. This is my 21st play through, my characters are height scaled. So not only do i have to player.setscale 1.0 everytime i need to hack, i gotta do it atleast 3-4 times per dungeon.
I like fusion city, but that mod i wanted to blow my brains out because the author thought it would be awesome to hack every 5 feet.
I'm working on something though that will make this alot less annoying.
Don't like it? Don't play it.
Alot of things are apart of Fallout 4 that i don't like, that's why they gave us tools to change that. I know you're Canadian and like to argue about nonesense, but Argue when you've past 1400 hours in game play like i have.
283 Hours of gameplay your probably still on the same play through.
