This doesnt work in Survival Mode tho...
I'm guessing Diamond City Surgery doesn't fix that kind of thing.

Yeah, if only running vanilla character textures and models, this bug makes little sense...
A missing head would indicate it is looking for a texture or model that it can't find...

Judging from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands the first should restore head condition, and the second should remove blindness (which I don't know that the game will assign to you, but is not entirely unconceivable if it's penalizing you for head loss).

If that mod IS causing the issue then make sure to tell the mod maker about it, so that he can look into the issue.... ;)
Np Mafyu you can try Button Lowered Weapons.......that is the one I use and I have never had an issue with it.
