True Storms vs Vivid Weathers mod: Which one is preferable?

I currently have installed "true storms" v1.4, but came across "vivid weathers" 1.32, and am wondering which of those two is the generally preferred mod (as it seems they don't work together).

I use the latest iteration of True Storms. The random weather is fantastic, and at times, wearing a suit of power armor is nearly a necessity. Unless I want my character's entire body mass to be replaced by rad-x and rad-away. lol. Besides all that, the weather effects and strength (plus the ability to choose the weather as well) is extremely refreshing to the vanilla weather, and or vivid weathers I've used in the past.

i use true storms since forever, and i am a little tired of it. today i wanna try vivid weathers . i hope it gives a different weather ''feel'.

I prefer the look and feel of vivid weather... Hard to say exactly why, just feels more real.

Since the weather patterns have changed since the holocaust, does the weather mods have any real representation of accuracy?

I've taken a good look at them.
They could be a lot more impressive than what I've noticed so far.
They're falling short of my expectations.
