But he definately seems to develop a rapport with the pc, so I don't know why he isn't a romance option but another artifiicial companion can be.
Maybe he's just not interested in the PC?
If Nick had anything to do with a lady (since his fiance` Jennifer Land's death) it's that lady in Memory Den who wears the red dress. But the way he speaks with her is flirtatious talk and cannot be concluded they had anything more than a friendship.
This is likely true because he prefers Mac.
