best place for robot parts?

Hi guys, playing the automatron dlc right now finished it but where can i find allot of robots or robot parts?

never mind guys isabel is giving me quest to find them

You can either build them given you've got the Science perk and a few others.

And the robots will spawn occasionally at street crossing where they fight Gunners, Raiders or Super Mutants. Your regular "in the wild" spawn points if you so will.

Then of course will they also attack your settlements just as Super Mutants, Raiders and Gunners do.

Last but not least are there a couple of places such as Wattz Consumer Electronics where you can find a few robots running around.

Also robots spawn at numberous places up until you kill/finish automatron quest. Then the only ones you encounter are the ones you are sent after. For this reason I put off doing last part of automatron quest.
