underwater vault

so i was doing the smugglers secret mod i had to watch a video to figure something out and i noticed on his map that theres an underwater vault but i cant seem to find it is it a mod? or am i just not looking in the right place someone wanna help me with this

There is no vault underwater on the vanilla game, it must be a mod doing it, perhaps the smugglers mod.

ya i found out that i need far harbor to get to it if u have the dlc it adds it to the game
