Where Is Danse After Blind Betrayal? [Fallout 4 | PS4]

I'm hoping someone can help me with this, as I've been trying to figure it out for ages with no luck.

When I was negotiating with Maxon for Danse's life, I decided I would try to keep Danse alive, mostly because I'm interested in his romance mission and everything. However, after I convince him to stay in the Commonwealth, after we finish our conversation, he begins to walk off. I've watched him go as far as to walk down the roads, like he's going somewhere. The only things he'll say to me are "You're one hell of a soldier" and "You're making the Brotherhood proud". There isn't any dialogue options for my Sole Survivor, either. I figured maybe after I talked to Maxon back on the Prydwen, I could just find Danse at LPB, but he isn't there. In fact, he isn't anywhere. He just disappears.

I really want to keep Danse as my companion, but I've been reloading saves, and trying to look for him with absolutely no luck. It's actually infuriating, as this isn't the first time I've lost Danse for hours at a time. I have everything saved up to the point before he walks off down the road. If anyone has the same problem, or knows how to fix it, I'd be immensely grateful.

EDIT: I have found Danse, it's all good. He was glitched at the Boston Airport, which actually didn't get me in trouble, since ae were out of everyone's view. And right after, I completed his romance mission! You probably don't know how happy I actually am. Thanks, fam.

you must WAIT a while aka letting ingame time pass by naturally as any companion takes awhile to get somewhere as they walk the path in slowwalk in actual gameplay time. they dont teleport there like you do.

Wait a bit and check the LAST space you dismissed him to.

I assumed so, but he might be going to the last place he was dismissed to.

he not at the bunker? go police station and talk to haley. she will talk about dance. ....but sounds like he might left commonwealth. if so he gone then. have you destory institue yet? maybe he doesnt reappear til that happens.

Is him leaving the Commonwealth an actual ending? I remember him talking about it, but I thought that's when Maxson says he can live, but in exile, so he stays in the Commonwealth.

If he does leave the Commonwealth, I strongly suggest you reload an old save and convince him to stay. I use the "Danse Dilemma" mod which restores the cut content and you can overthrow Maxson and become the Elder, and keep Danse, and have him as a companion while being friends with the BoS, and romance him. Fully voiced too, I recommend 10/10

I didn't think so, but wasn't too sure. I haven't played Blind Betrayal (vanilla, that is) since February haha.

Regardless, it's worth going back to a previous save.

I'll try talking to Haylen, but I can't find him anywhere. He said he'd "be right here" if I need him, but he just disappeared. And I did destroy the Institute. I can always reload a save if I messed up, but I really want to avoid that because of all the progress I've made. But yeah, I'll try Haylen.

That last place I dismissed him to was the Boston Airport.... that could pose a problem.
